An Ode to Dying Innocent Men
Thousands of innocent man give up on life every year in India and commit suicide. Either the system have failed them or the society has turned a blind eye to their problem. The NCRB data from the year 2015 shows the number of male suicide is substantially higher than female. Total female suicide for 2015 was 42088 and number of male suicide was 91528. The number of total male suicide is more than double the number of total female suicide. As the male grows his chances of suicide also increases. In the age group of 30 – 45 years the number of male suicide is almost triple the number of female suicide. And in the age group of 45 – 60 years the number of male suicide is almost 4 times the number of female suicide. There is certainly something inherently wrong with the society or system otherwise why such a large number of men will commit suicide.

We just want to say to all men, not to give up on life. The situation may be stacked up against you but that is only temporary. By taking your life you will make it permanent. An ode to all innocent men who paid with their life untimely due to biased thoughts of society and system.
