SIFF Achieved Major Breakthrough Through PIL on CRPC 41A

Recently SIFF achieved major breakthrough on CRPC 41A through PIL in Delhi High Court. CRPC 41A guidelines was made so as to put a check on arbitrary arrests made the police. But it was not followed properly. Through this judgement Delhi HC has given detailed guidelines on its implementation and following.
